Rental Policies and Conditions

Personal Checks, Certified Checks/Money Orders, PayPal, Cash, Bank Transfers

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 3 nights required during standard rental dates.

All currencies are shown in USD.

We accept                     

Non-Refundable Rental Deposit of $250/£200 due with signed contract

$250 (£200) refundable security bond is due with final payment. 

Final Payment is due 10 weeks prior to arrival

Stays of less than seven (7) nights will be charged $125 for cleaning

Check with us for discounted rates on multi-week stays

Payment can be made in U.S. $ or British Pounds Sterling (£) (Ask about other currencies)

We accept credit card/bank transfer payments via Paypal (2.9% fee); certified checks drawn on US banks; money orders

We recommend travel insurance

Smoking is not allowed inside the home, however you may smoke outside on patio/pool deck
